First in a bowl take besan and dahi. blend it in smooth

In a kadai or cooker heat 2 tsp oil add jeera, sauf, methi dana, adruk, chilles, hing. All saute a while

Add chilli powder, haldi and besan mixture

Add water and stir continuously till thicken
- 5
For pakoda... mix all ingredients and pour small small portion of pakoda batter in hot oil and deep fry all pakodas
- 6
In kadi add salt, garam masala, coriander leaves and cook for 20 minutes
- 7
After that add all pakoda in kadi and garnish with coriander leaves
