Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3 minutes. Add the tequila and season with salt and chili powder. Simmer until the liquid has evaporated, about 3 minutes. Place shrimp on a plate and garnish with cilantro. Serve with lemon wedges.
