Add salt,pepper and bread crumbs to mashed potatoes and paneer

For stuffing,,,,,,crush green peas in a mixer

Heat oil in a pan add ginger chilli paste

Add crushed peas

Saute for 2 min.

Add cashewnut and raising

Add coconut,salt,sugar,and lime juice mix well

Make small balls of potatoes mixture

Fill with peas stuffing mixture make balls

Flatten than dip in maida paste

Dee fry in oil or roast on nonstick tawa

For sauce,,,,,, heat butter in a pan add garlic and stir

Add Chopped tomatoes and 2 tbsp water

Cook and than churn it in a mixer and strain

Add oregano,chilli flakes,salt and pepper cook for 2 min

Pour little sauce on hot pattice

Serve with garlic toast or butter toast
