Ingredients

  • 1 eachFav Hamburger Bun, Kaiser Bun works well
  • 1 1/3 lblean ground beef
  • 1 pinchHamburger Seasoning, recipe follows
  • 1 pinchFresh Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1leaf lettuce
  • 1 sliceSwiss Cheese
  • 2 ozchopped Corned Beef
  • 1 oz1000 island
  • 2 ozSauerkraut, cold and drained
  • Hamburger Seasoning
  • 1Lowerys
  • 1Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Find or repurpose a burr coffee grinder to use for grinding your own black pepper. Purchase whole pepper corns and pulse to a larger than normal size.

  2. 2

    Place burger either in a hot skillet or use an electric griddle, sprinkle burger with Hamburger Seasoning and ground black pepper

  3. 3

    Cook burger to Desired temperature, once complete, melt swiss on top of burger

  4. 4

    Chop corned beef or used sliced, heat in a skillet or on an electric griddle

  5. 5

    Top burger with beef, then 1000 island

  6. 6

    Take 2 oz of Kraut with yur fingers and squeeze out excess juice, place on top of 1000....

  7. 7

    If you decide to have your Kraut warm, toss corned beef and Kraut together to save time
