Pre-heat oven to 200º.

Coat the mold with butter.

Put the cookies in a plastic bag and we break them up.

In a bowl, combine cracker crumbs and melted butter.

Heat the cream cheese in the microwave for about 30 seconds.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese and suggar.

Add one egg and beat well.

Pour the dough into the mold.

Adjust the oven temperature to 175º and cook for about 25 minutes.
