I created this recipe to use up partial packages of ingredients I had in the cupboard. In most cases, the measurements are just what I had left in the package so there is no scientific formula to this recipe.

Cooking Instructions

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Mix in peanut butter, honey, and vanilla.
- 3
Use cookie scoop or spoon to scoop out enough to make 1 inch balls. Roll into spheres.

Place onto wax or parchment paper lined cookie sheets and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
