This is a delicious low-carb snack. I keep my batter in the refrigerator and have a small spoonful if I feel like having something sweet.

This is a delicious low-carb snack. I keep my batter in the refrigerator and have a small spoonful if I feel like having something sweet.

Ingredients

  1. 3 ozcream cheese
  2. 2 tbspPeanut butter (I use Peter pan creamy)
  3. 8drops of liquid stevia ( or 2 packets of granulated artificial sweetener)
  4. 1 tbspno sugar added cocoa powder

Cooking Instructions

    Place cream cheese and peanut butter in a glass bowl in microwave for 25 to 30 seconds

    Stir ingredients until smooth.

  3. 3

    Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.

  4. 4

    Allow "batter" to cool in refrigerator and enjoy!
