1 packagesNew Orleans Hot & Spicy Chicken Batter
1enough oil to fry with

heat oil in fry pan

mix egg & milk

slice cucumber into thin slices
4

pour enough batter into zip lock bag

dip cucumber into egg mixes, drop a few into bag at a time to coat with batter

fry till golden brown

if you like cucumbers this isn't a bad recipe. i enjoyed it, i used guacamole ranch to dip it in.
