  • 1eggs
  • 1 1/4 cupmilk
  • 1 packagesNew Orleans Hot & Spicy Chicken Batter
  • 1enough oil to fry with

Steps

  1. 1

    heat oil in fry pan

  2. 2

    mix egg & milk

  3. 3

    slice cucumber into thin slices

  4. 4

    pour enough batter into zip lock bag

  5. 5

    dip cucumber into egg mixes, drop a few into bag at a time to coat with batter

  6. 6

    fry till golden brown

  7. 7

    enjoy

if you like cucumbers this isn't a bad recipe. i enjoyed it, i used guacamole ranch to dip it in.
