  1. 2 lbboneless turkey breast
  2. 1 cuporange juice
  3. 1orange; zested and sliced
  4. 1 tspValencia orange peel seasoning
  5. 1 tsponion powder
  6. 1 tspgarlic powder
  7. 1 tsppaprika
  8. 1/2 tspground white pepper
  9. 1 pinchkosher salt
  10. 1olive oil; as needed

  1. 1

    Marinate turkey breast overnight in orange juice.

  2. 2

    Pat turkey dry. Toss with enough oil to coat. Season both sides. Place turkey on bed of orange slices and roast at 300° for approximately one hour or until thermometer reaches 165 °

    Let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with zest.
