Break Roties. Grind in a mixer jar. Mash potatoes

Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Combine all & knead using water. Dough should be soft.

Rest it for 15 minutes

Heat oil in a Kadhai over medium flame for deep frying. Grease the entire surface of sev maker machine with oil. Fill dough & close the lid.

Now hold machine over Kadai. Turn handle of machine, & press our strands into hot oil. Turn sides if golden brown. Fry both sides till golden & crispy.

Spicy sev is ready to serve.
