Heat oil and add jeera, garlic and curry leaves in it.

Fry onion and turmeric and red chilli powder and mix it. Add besan and saute it till its well roasted.

Now add salt and add 3tbsp water. And sprinkle more and put lid.

Serve it hot with bhakri.
