Mix all the ingredients well. Add water and knead a dough the way you prepare for puris. Let dough rest for 10 mins.

Divide the balls equally. Roll them into big rotis.

Give them desired shapes with a cutter or cut square pieces. Prick them with a knife so they don't fluff while frying.

Heat some oil and start frying on a medium flame so that the pieces cook well inside. Sprinkle some masala on top to add flavours.

Fry on medium flame for better results.
