Ingredients

  1. 4 tbspwheat flour
  2. 4 tbspmaida
  3. 2 tbspsbesan
  4. 2 tbspmaize flour
  5. 1 tbsprava
  6. 2 tbspdried curry leaves powder
  7. 2 tbspdried curry leaves powder
  8. 2 tspkasuri methi powder
  9. 1 tbsprawa
  10. 2 tbspsesame seeds
  11. 1big bunch methi leaves cleaned, washed, and chopped
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 1 tspred chilli powder
  14. 1 tspgaram masala
  15. 2 tspdhania jeera powder
  16. 1 tsphaldi
  17. Pinchhing
  18. 1 tbspwarm oil
  19. as requiredmasala - (black pepper, garlic powder, black salt)
  20. as neededOil for frying

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients well. Add water and knead a dough the way you prepare for puris. Let dough rest for 10 mins.

  2. 2

    Divide the balls equally. Roll them into big rotis.

  3. 3

    Give them desired shapes with a cutter or cut square pieces. Prick them with a knife so they don't fluff while frying.

  4. 4

    Heat some oil and start frying on a medium flame so that the pieces cook well inside. Sprinkle some masala on top to add flavours.

  5. 5

    Fry on medium flame for better results.
