Steps

Use pressure cooker. Heat half tbsp of ghee. Add jeera, curshed chilli and garlic, curry leaves and hing and saute it.

Now add dal and saute it for 1 min. Add turmeric and salt

Add 2 and half cup of water in it and bring it to boil then just cover it with lid and give it a 3 whistle.

Now take dal in bowl amd pour ghee on top and garnish it sith coriander.
