Place black gram paste in tura bowl add ginger-garlic and chilli paste coriander cumin turmeric powder and mix add salt 2 taste and mix well

Spread this paste over the back side of an arbi leaf then place another leaf fold the sides slightly and tight roll then keep it in the steamer and cover it

Steam till done then rolls out the steamer and cool completely. Then cut the rolls

Heat oil in kadai add mustard seeds and asafoetida when they splutter add the patra slices and saute then serve hot with chutney
