2 lbtri color tortellini
1 cupsteamed spinach
1 cupgreen peas
2 tbspextra virgin olive oil
1/2 cupgrated peccorino romano cheese
1salt & pepper
1red onion sliced thin

Boil tortellini in salted water until Aldente rinse under cold water & set aside

Combine all other ingredients in the bowl with the tortellini & mix
