In nonstick pan add ghee

When it melts add besan and stir continue on low flame

When it changes colour and aromatic smell comes off gas

Remove in mixing bowl and keep to cool completely

Add sugar and elachi powder, and cashewnuts and mix nicely with palm

Make ladoo and garnish with cashewnuts
