Mike's Drunken Shrimp Cocktails Mike's Drunken Shrimp Cocktails
This spicy dish took my youngest culinary students 15 minutes to make. Then again, all of their prep work was done the night prior. Use only extra firm, chilled vegetables and juices for best results in this super easy appetizer. Especially if serving straight away. Chilly, spicy and delicious work again kiddos! Heh. Kids and alcohol. Adorable .... Just freggin' adorable! MMOBRIEN -
Mike's Drunken Shrimp Cocktails Mike's Drunken Shrimp Cocktails
Silly shrimp! Definitely not a cocktail for the faint of heart or the lightweight. While she is one refreshing, crispy and totally tummy filling cocktail - she's also super stiff and oh so spicy! I usually make these by the pitcher full to save time when I'm busy entertaining. To the side, consider serving homemade warm salty tortillas chips with my extra spicy Habenero Salsa recipe for the full, "wake me up," experience! Excellent for Sunday mornings! MMOBRIEN -

Mike's Authentic Mexican Seafood Cocktail Mike's Authentic Mexican Seafood Cocktail
I had this delicious seafood packed dish for the first time in Chihuahua, Mexico in a styrofoam cup from a street vendor. She was kind enough to give me her family recipe. I was all of 14 years of age.Believe it or not, the purple onions and veggies - not the seafood - literally made the dish! This is a dish that's all about the chill and vegetables folks! IMHO - the seafood is really just culinary confetti.Employ the freshest, most firm, chilliest, crispy vegetables you can find and you'll have absolute success with this authentic Mexican Seafood Cocktail. It's great for barbecues, picnics and camping! My culinary students rock! Since most Mexican restaurants that serve shrimp cocktails on Sunday in our area are closed - my youngest students decided to make me some of their own.Mexican Shrimp Cocktails are essentially super chilly, crazy delicious, spicy salads served in frozen glasses. They're chocked full of a vast array of crunchy vegetables, fresh herbs, plump shrimp and other yummy seafoods in a spicy, citrusy, tangy clam tomato based sauce.Excellent work kiddos! I'll be feeding off of this delicious 10 pound bowl for at least a freaking week! Thank you! MMOBRIEN -
Fruity Frozen Cocktails Fruity Frozen Cocktails

It's easier to blend them that way.You can have soda water or not. I add it just occasionally.I'm sorry about the quality of the photo. Recipe by Eria0213 cookpad.japan -
