Clean your rice and leave it to dry

Fry the onion, add crushed ginger and garlic. Stir to golden.

Add pilau masala, cardamons and stir well to cook

Add the meat and cover to cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

Add tomato paste, soysauce and black pepper. Allow to cook for 5 minutes.

Add the rice and toss it well with a folk.

Add 2 cups of water and cover to simmer.

Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Garnish with mint leaves.
