Country Ribs on a Rainy Day

In the morning I was planning on slow cooking the ribs on the barbeque, it was a hot & humid day. Then the clouds rolled in & it rained hard the rest of the day. This is the best way I know to cook the ribs the fastest & with the most flavor in the house on a hot day.

Steps
- 1
Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl & mix & rub thoroughly on the ribs.
- 2
Enclose ribs in double folded aluminum foil on baking tray & put in 350° preheated oven for 1 hour
- 3
Remove ribs from oven & put oven on broil. Brush ribs generously with BBQ sauce & put under broiler on fresh aluminum foil.
- 4
Keep close eye on ribs as not to burn. Keep turning & brushing with BBQ sauce until you have a nice glaze.
- 5
Remove from oven & brush with BBQ sauce one last time & serve.
