Ingredients

  1. 1 kgmoong dal
  2. 1 tspturmeric
  3. 1 tspchat masala
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak moong dal overnight.

  2. 2

    Drain all water from it and towel dry it.

  3. 3

    Heat oil and lower tge flame and deep fry it till it become full crisps.

  4. 4

    Now mix salt, chat masala and turmeric and mix it with fried dal.
