Steps

Boil the pumpkin until it's tender to mash.

Puree the pumpkin in a blender to mash it

Mix the flour, salt, puree pumpkin,turmeric powder and cooking oil.

Knead the flour and divide it into reasonable sizes,roll out thinly into small circles

Cook chapati for one minute then turn and heat the other side. Put in a foil or bowl and keep hot

Serve hot with meat stew
