Griend the chhena,tomato and palak.peeled the skin of tomato.

Heat a wok add oil and butter.

Add 1/2tsp ajwani,crackled.add onion,garlic,and greenchilli.

Add ginjar paste and stir.

Add the mixture of palak

Now palak makhmali is ready.
