2big bunch spinach sliced
9scotch bonnet pepper (sliced)
3 tablespoonlocust beans ground
1onions bulb (chopped)
1/3 cuppalm oil
4knorr cube
Already made fried fish
Already made boiled rice

Pour palm oil in a dry pot, add onion and pepper.

Stir for like 2min then add locustbeans,knorr cube and salt then mix everything for 3min

Then pour the spinach leaf,leave it for 5min then stir everything together.

Sieve the white rice with spinach stew and fish.
