  • 2big bunch spinach sliced
  • 9scotch bonnet pepper (sliced)
  • 3 tablespoonlocust beans ground
  • 1onions bulb (chopped)
  • 1/3 cuppalm oil
  • 4knorr cube
  • Already made fried fish
  • Already made boiled rice

Steps

10 mins
  1. 1

    Pour palm oil in a dry pot, add onion and pepper.

  2. 2

    Stir for like 2min then add locustbeans,knorr cube and salt then mix everything for 3min

  3. 3

    Then pour the spinach leaf,leave it for 5min then stir everything together.

  4. 4

    Sieve the white rice with spinach stew and fish.
