Wash,cut and boil plantain with salt and water. Leave to cook well and set aside

Get your iwo/ehuru take out the shell leaving the fruit,roast it on the heat till you start perceiving the aroma of the spice

Pound the spice till it's smooth then add your crayfish,pepper (add pepper to your taste of choice)potash and mix the mixture till it's all blended well

Add 1-1/2 glass of water into the mixture and stir, while you stir the mixture gradually start getting thick then you add you oil and urheri(make sure you take out the seed in it before putting it in) mix well taste and add seasoning cube if need be

Finally add your smoked or dryfish (roast the fish again for a bit before putting in the mixture) stir and serve with unripe plantain.
