Cut the meat into cube pieces and wash

Place in a clean pan and boil till all the water is drained

Slice the onion and add to the meat then add oil and leave to fry

Add the chopped tomatoes to the meat and cover to soften then mix well

Add 2 cup water to the meat and peel the potatoes and add to the meat then add salt to taste

Cover the lead and allow to cook for 30 min before adding dhania leaves and cooking for five more min

Serve hot with rice or ugali
