Ingredients

3 serving
  • 6fingers unripe plantain
  • 1/2 cuppalm oil
  • 4 cubemaggi
  • 5habanero pepper
  • 2onion bulb
  • 3 tablespooncrayfish(ground)
  • 1smoked fish medium
  • 1 bunchpumpkin leaf (sliced)
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 literwater

    Peel plantain wash and cube put in a clean pot add salt,maggi.Wash one onion and chop.

  2. 2

    Blend the remaining onion with pepper.Add the chopped onion in the pot with 3 glass of water then place on heat.

  3. 3

    After 5min then add blended pepper, onion and crayfish allow to boil for 2 min.wash fish and debone add to the pot then add onion allow for 5 min

  4. 4

    Then add pumpkin leaf stir everything together after 1min turn off heat.

    Very fast,food is ready so yummy serve in plate.
