  • 1 cupAata / Whole wheat flour
  • 1 cupGhee
  • 1 1/2 cupSugar /Gud
  • 2-3 cupsWarm Water
  • 1/4 teaspoonCardamom powder
  • 1 tablespoonChopped dry fruits

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan and pan fry aata till golden brown and nice aroma starts coming

  2. 2

    Add warm water and mix well

  3. 3

    Cook covered for 2 minutes and add Sugar, cardamom powder and dry fruits

  4. 4

    Mix well and cook covered for 5 minutes..turn and check in between

  5. 5

    Kada Prashaad is ready for Bhog
