  • 2 largeeggs
  • 2 tspmozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tspmargarine
  • 1/2 tspred pepper flakes

Steps

  1. 1

    In two microwave safe dishes , coffe cups , or what I used an egg poacher by Nordic ware, add margarine, and eggs.

    Spinkle with red pepper flakes. Cover and microwave for 1 minute on high, I used 1200 watt microwave.

    Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese let melt serve hope you enjoy!
