Ingredients

  1. 1 2/3 cupmilk (any)
  2. 1banana
  3. 5strawberries (no stem)
  4. 1/4 cupinstant oatmeal uncooked
  5. 1 tbspchia seeds
  6. 1 scoopprotein powder(I used chocolate)
  7. 1 tspvanilla extract
  8. 1 tbspCacao powder
  9. 2 dashground cinnamon
  10. 2 tbsppeanut butter
  11. 4ice cubes

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all ingredients in a blender or I used nutribullet and blend. Filling and delicious!
