Ingredients

  1. potatoes, red or other small potato
  2. oil, olive
  3. salt
  4. ground black pepper
  5. 1/2 cupparmesan cheese
  6. 3 stickgreen onions, minced

    Pre heat oven 425. Boil potatoes in salted water. Cook till fork piercing tender. About 20 minutes.

    Oil the cookie sheet . Place potatoes on sheet and get ready to smash

  3. 3

    Push down to open potato. Salt and pepper the open potato. Add oil, green onion, and parmesan.

    Bake for 25 minutes. Should come out a little crispy on the outside .enjoy
