Ingredients

  1. crust
  2. 2 lbcauliflower
  3. water to steam cauliflower
  4. 2 largeeggs
  5. 1 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  6. 1 cupmozzarella cheese
  7. 1 tbspsweet basil
  8. 1 tbspwhole leaf oregano
  9. 1 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  10. 1 1/2 tspsalt
  11. sauce
  12. 10 oztomato sauce
  13. 3 tbspstevia
  14. 1 tbspsweet basil
  15. 1 tbspwhole leaf oregano
  16. 33 mlbalsamic vinegar
  17. 1 tspsalt
  18. 1 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  19. toppings
  20. 1/2 cupcanned mushrooms
  21. 1/2 smallonion sliced very thinly
  22. 1 1/2 mediumtomatoes
  23. 2 ozsliced pepperoni
  24. 3 ozsliced summer sausage
  25. 1 1/2 cupshredded sharp cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven 450° Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Steam the cauliflower. Then squeeze the liquids out of it. I used a ricer to rice the cauliflower. You could grate or use a food processor to do it. Just make sure its coarse.

    Mix the cauliflower, eggs, oregano, basil, garlic, parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Add one and half teaspoon of salt.

    After the ingredients are mixed spray the pan with nonstick spray. Add the cauliflower mixture to pan sreading it out evenly. Use a rolling pin to help with this.bake 20 -25 minutes to get a solid crust or it will fall apart.

    Mix all the sauce ingredients.

    Spread toppings and sauce on top set back into oven for 15 minutes.

    Take out let sit for 5 minutes slice hope you enjoy!
