  • 10 gsalt
  • 2 1/2large white onions
  • 2 bunchesbroccoli
  • 3carrots
  • 3 cupswater
  • 200 mlred wine

  1. 1

    Chop the brocolli and blanch them in hot salty water for about 10minutes

  2. 2

    Remove from heat and refresh.

  3. 3

    On a clean pan pour in oil and fry the chopped onions.

  4. 4

    Add the wine and cook for 5minutes.

  5. 5

    Add the carrots and allow to cook as it absorbs the wine

  6. 6

    Add the brocolli and cook for about 10minutes.

  7. 7

    Then serve with rice.
