Ingredients

  1. 1 cupChicken Stock
  2. 1/2 cupFresh orange juice
  3. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  4. 1/3 cupDistiller white vinegar
  5. 1/4 cupSoy sauce
  6. 2 cloveGarlic, minced
  7. 1 tspGinger, grated
  8. 2 tbspCornstarch
  9. 1 tbspWild honeysuckle extract
  10. 1 tbspWater

Cooking Instructions

    Bring the chicken stock and orange juice to a simmer in a medium pot.

    Add the brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and ginger. Bring to a simmer.

    Whisk together the cornstarch, honeysuckle extract and water till the consistency looks like milk.

    Slowly pour into the pot while whisking at the same time.

  5. 5

    Simmer till the sauce is thickened.

  6. 6

    Serve over fried or grilled meats and veggies.
