The Protein Blend has whole grains, lentils, peas, broccoli, Edamame in a light garlic sauce.
Steps

Prepare brown rice in the microwave as directed at n package. Split between two large rice bowls or salad bowls.

Top each bowl of brown rice with 1/2 cup of pineapple tidbits (rinsed and drained)
- 3
Prepare Protein Blend in microwave as directed on package. Divide and add half on top of each rice bowl. If desired reheat each bowl for 20 seconds in microwave to heat through.

Sprinkle pinenuts on top of each bowl.
