Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 2 mediumsweet potatoe, peeled and chopped
  2. 1 mediumyellow or white onion, chopped in big pieces
  3. 3 largecarrots, chopped
  4. 1 cuppenuts, raw and unsalted
  5. 1 pinchsalt
  6. 1 tbspgrapeseed oil
  7. 4 cupwater, less or more depending on how smooth you want it

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven at 400. Place the vegetables in a cooking sheet and drizzle oil

  2. 2

    Roast the veggues in the oven at 400' until they are soft.

  3. 3

    Place half of the veggies in a blender with 2 cups of water and a pinch of salt. Repeat until all veggies are blend. Garnish with green onions and cherry tomatoes, or cilantro, etc.
