Ingredients

5 - 10 mins
  1. 1 1/2 cupWheat flour -
  2. Chopped onion - 1 medium
  3. 1/2 cupChooped Green (fresh) garlic -
  4. 3-4 pcChopped green chillies -
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 tspHaldi -
  7. 1/2 tspRed mirch powder -
  8. 1/2 cupFresh Malai / oil -
  9. Ghee for applying

Steps

5 - 10 mins
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients and make hard dough by adding very amount of water.

    Roll out little and cook on low flame for 2-3 mins.

    Now remove and take out. Again roll it little thick. Put back again to cook on medium flame till golden brown.

    Apply ghee on both sides and cook for a min till crisp.

    It can b served with Tea/ Coffee/ Curd / Pickle /Chutney/ Papad.
