Grind the egusi and crayfish together mix together with water and pour into a pot

Allow the egusi to cook properly and form a cake like mould you can add little water if it becoming sticky In the pot.

Add the grinded pepper to the egusi allow to cook, add the seasonings and the palm oill and allow to boil.

Add the already washed ponmo you can dice them if you want

Add the fish after some time

Lastly add the egwu

Mix together and your soup is ready
