Ingredients

  • 1 (32 oz)Bag Frozen Hashbrowns
  • 1 (32 oz)Box Chicken broth
  • 1 (10 oz)Can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 (8 oz)Softened Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2 C.Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 3/4 C.Crumbled Bacon
  • 1/2 tsp.Minced Fresh Rosemary
  • to tasteSalt and Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine hash browns, cheddar cheese, broth, soup, bacon and cream cheese in a crock pot.

  2. 2

    Season with Salt and Pepper, stir to mix.

  3. 3

    Place lid on slow cooker and cook on high for 3 hours, stirring occasional.

  4. 4

    Eat

Instead of bacon we added a 16 oz package of diced ham and loved this also
