4 servings

1 cupall purpose flour
1/2 cupbutter
3/4 cuppowdered sugar
1 tspbaking powder
1 pinchbaking soda
1 tbsp or more chocolate syrup (optional)
1/4 cupmilk powder
3-4 dropsVanilla essence

Mix butter +sugar evenly in a direction for about 3minutes

Add milk in it and mix again.add vanilla essence in it.

Add all purpose flour in small batches and continuously mix it

Add mil powder and mix again

Add baking powder and baking soda and mix again in one direction.

Preheat the convection mode of microwave for about 10 minutes

Put the batter in cake tin after greasing and bake for 15 minutes

Garnish as per your choice
