Steps

Take oil in kadai. When hot put Rai, Jeera, saunf, methi, Kalaunji. When it crackles add salt, haldi, chilli powder.

When the raw smells goes than add mangoes and add 1 cup water and mix properly.

Than add sugar and cook on med flame for 6-7 mins
- 4
Now lower the flame and add roasted Jeera powder and cook for a min. Now close the gas.
