  • 1 tspchop ginger..
  • 2chop onion..
  • 1 cuptomato puree..
  • 2chop green chilli..
  • 1/2 tspkasuri methi...
  • For Batti
  • 500 gwheat flour..
  • 150 gsemolina..
  • . As tastesalt.
  • 1/2 tspHaldi
  • 1/2 tspAjwain..
  • 1/2 tspred chilli..
  • 1 pinchAsfoteida..
  • 1/2 tspBaking powder..
  • 1 cupOil..
  • 1/2 tspkasuri methi..
  • as neededOil.. For frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Chana dal ko wash ke 1 hour le liye soak ke de. After one hour Chana dal ko 1whistle laga le.

    Cooker main Chana dal ke saath all dal ko bhi wash ke mix ke de salt, chilli, haldi add ke dal ko boil ke le.

    Pan main desighee garam ke jeera crackle ho Jaye to garlic saute ke ginger and onion add kar bhune tomato puree add ke bhune le kasuri methi dal ke tarka dal me mix kar de dal ready.

    Batti ke liye Atta, suji, salt, red chilli,kasuri methi,haldi, baking powder, ajwain, hing ko mix kar le one cup oil add ke rub kar le water add kar tight dough ready ke 1 hour rest de.

    After 1 hour oil laga kar phir se Atta dough ko punch kar equal portion ke balls bana le.

    Ek vessel main pani boil karne ke liye rakhe after boil uss par chalni rakh kar Batti balls ko rakh kar 10 minutes high flame par steam karein phir gas slow kar de 15 minutes tak steam kar le cover kar de.

    After steam jab room temperature par ho cut kar le.

    Wok main oil heat kar PCs ko fry kar le.
