Seive the maida, multigrain flour milk powder together. Coarsely grind together green chillies, coriander carom with little salt. Whip together the butter and sugar till light and fluffy and then add the prepared paste it to it and mix well. Add grated cheese to this and add the maida mixture and mix gently to make a soft dough.
Roll it into 1/4th " thick roti. Cut it into desired shape using a cookie cutter and place them on a baking tray.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 140
