Steps

Grind overnight soaked whole green moong dal with ginger and green chilli.

After grinding, add salt, red chilly powder and rice powder.

Mix properly and add 1/2 glass water.

Grease the pan and with the help of a big spoon spread the batter evenly.

Spread grated paneer, chopped chilly and coriander and salt mixture on it.
