Soak daal and rice with methi seeds in water 6 to 7 hrs

Grind daal, rice and methi seeds in a fine paste

Now keep this batter for fermenting 7 to 8 hrs

Add salt in this batter and little water according to the consistency needed.

Take non stick pan grease it well and put a big spoon full of batter and spread evenly on the tava and with a help of oil turn it well make crispy dosas.

Lastly cut nariyal into small pieces or grate,green chillies,curry leaves,coriander,ginger,garlic with salt and little water grind all.

Now take a pan put oil,rai when the rai crackles add curry leaves and put the grinded chutney in it mix well. Chutney is ready
