Sugar-free Banana and Cocoa Pudding Sugar-free Banana and Cocoa Pudding
I wanted to eat something sweet when I was pregnant, but I was watching my sugar intake, so I just made this on impulse. There's no need to add sugar because it is sweet enough with just the banana. Hurrah for bananas! The gelatin gives it a nice, plump texture.Heating the banana will bring out its sweetness, so it's fine if the banana is not ripe. Don't mash the banana until really smooth, otherwise you won't be able to enjoy its texture. You don't need to blend it in a mixer. I used Morinaga brand pure cocoa. Sugar-free cocoa is the key. Vegan Chia Kheer (Indian Pudding Dessert) Vegan Chia Kheer (Indian Pudding Dessert)
Kheer is my favorite Indian dessert, but I wanted to make it so that people with lactose intolerance or vegans could also enjoy it.I don't think they sell coconut milk in cartons in Japan, so substitute with soy milk, if necessary. If you worry about your blood sugar levels, you can omit the raisins. Use liquid sweetener, since it is less likely to raise your blood sugar levels. If you're not worried about them, I recommend using maple syrup. Recipe by Maxerbear cookpad.japan -

Yummy! Almond Tofu Pudding with Agar Yummy! Almond Tofu Pudding with Agar
I got addicted to store-bought almond, and I experimented so that I could make it at hoe.You can also use non-dairy heavy cream! If you don't cook the mixture over heat until thickened during Step 3, the flour will sink to the bottom, so make sure to cook it over heat. Recipe by Shizu538 cookpad.japan
