Here’s a simple, Sago dessert which can be consumed guilt free. It’s healthy,sugarfree and dairy free providing the right nutrients

Ingredients

20  minutes
2 servings
  1. 100 gmsSago washed, cleaned and strained
  2. 50 mlthin almond milk
  3. 50 mlthin coconut milk
  4. 2tbsn palm jaggery
  5. 1 pinchsalt
  6. 20 gmschopped mixed fruits

Cooking Instructions

    Combine almond and coconut milk in a saucepan/ wok

  2. 2

    Bring it to boil on Low heat by mixing the jaggery and salt

  3. 3

    Next add the Sago and mix well and bring the mix to boil by increasing the heat now

  4. 4

    Reduce heat and let Sago cook.keep stirring occasionally to Ensure the Sago do not stick to the bottom of the pan

  5. 5

    Let the mix cool after done.

  6. 6

    Serve at room temperature or chilled topped with chopped fruits. Enjoy!
