Garlic and red chilli chutney

Wash red chilli

Cut red chilli properly.Blend the red chilli and clove to make a fine paste.

Heat mustard oil in a pan add methi seeds and add chilli and garlic paste.

Add red chilli and turmeric powder and mix well.

Cook on low flame for half an hour.

Add lemon juice.
- 7
Serve with roti.
