Plain kadhi (curd curry)

Take butter milk in ke kadhai.

Mix besan well. Also mix green chilli paste, salt, haldi,and red chilli powder.

Put it on gas stirr continuesly

When it began to boil put curry leaves in it.slow the flame and cook it for 20-25 minutes. Stir occasionally

Then take ghee in a tadka pan. Put it on gas when it became hot put raai methi and zeera in it also add red chilli off the gas.

Pour this tadka in kaddi in previous kadhai and cover the kadhai with a lid immidiatly.

Serve hot with rice.
