Ingredients

  • 1 literbuttermilk
  • 50 grmsgram flour (besan)
  • 8-10curry leaves
  • 1 tea spoonmustard seeds (raai)
  • 1/2 tea spoonfenugreek seeds(dana methi)
  • 1/2 tea spooncumin seeds (zeera)
  • 2 tablespoonghee
  • 2 tea spoonsalt
  • 1/2 tea spoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tea spoonhaldi
  • 1-2red chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Take butter milk in ke kadhai.

  2. 2

    Mix besan well. Also mix green chilli paste, salt, haldi,and red chilli powder.

    Put it on gas stirr continuesly

  4. 4

    When it began to boil put curry leaves in it.slow the flame and cook it for 20-25 minutes. Stir occasionally

  5. 5

    Then take ghee in a tadka pan. Put it on gas when it became hot put raai methi and zeera in it also add red chilli off the gas.

  6. 6

    Pour this tadka in kaddi in previous kadhai and cover the kadhai with a lid immidiatly.

    Serve hot with rice.
