Steps

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add water if required. Knead very soft dough. Keep rest for 30 minutes.

Knead again for 2-3 minutes. Make equal size balls.

Heat oil in a Kadhai. Flatten makki vada in your palms. Place one by one in hot oil. Deep fry these vadas on medium flame. Then simmer the gas. And fry until golden brown.

Transfer in dish.

Serve hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.
