Ingredients

  1. For dhokle..
  2. 2 bowlmakka flour
  3. 1ts salt
  4. 1/4ts baking soda
  5. 2 tbschopped coriander
  6. 2 tbschopped methi
  7. 1 tbswhole dry coriander
  8. Pinchhaldi
  9. Water for make dough
  10. For dal...
  11. 1/4 bowludad dal...1/4 bowl chana dal....1/4 bowl moong dal
  12. 1onion chopped
  13. 2tomato chopped
  14. 1 tbsgreen chilly n ginger paste.. 1ts garlic paste
  15. 1ts salt
  16. 1ts haldi
  17. 1ts red chilly powder
  18. 1ts dry coriander powder
  19. 2 tbsfresh coriander
  20. 1ts garam masala
  21. 2 tbsghee
  22. 1ts jeera
  23. pinchhing

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients of dhokla... Make a dough..

  2. 2

    Put the pot on flame.. Boil the water...

  3. 3

    With the dough make dhokle and steam them in pot by putting on jali.. After 25 minutes off the flame.. After few minutes take it out..

  4. 4

    Dhokle is ready

  5. 5

    For dal... Mix all three dal wash it... Soak for 1 /2 hour.. Now add salt n boil it in cooker till 3 whistle..

  6. 6

    Take a pan add ghee.. Jeera hing.. Add chopped onion.. Chilly ginger garlic paste in it... Saute it.. Now add chopped tomato and all spices in it...

  7. 7

    When the masala roasted add boiled dal and sufficient water... Boil it for few minutes... Add lemon juice and coriander..

  8. 8

    Dal is ready

  9. 9

    Now eat dhokla with dal
