Mix all the ingredients of dhokla... Make a dough..

Put the pot on flame.. Boil the water...

With the dough make dhokle and steam them in pot by putting on jali.. After 25 minutes off the flame.. After few minutes take it out..

Dhokle is ready

For dal... Mix all three dal wash it... Soak for 1 /2 hour.. Now add salt n boil it in cooker till 3 whistle..

Take a pan add ghee.. Jeera hing.. Add chopped onion.. Chilly ginger garlic paste in it... Saute it.. Now add chopped tomato and all spices in it...

When the masala roasted add boiled dal and sufficient water... Boil it for few minutes... Add lemon juice and coriander..

Now eat dhokla with dal
