Steps

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the magoori till lightly browned

After frying magoori keep aside it.again heat the oil in same pan and add cumin seeds and saute it

Add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and saute it

Till it lightly browned than add potatoes and mix it well

Than add species (red chilli,turmeric, coriander and garammasala)and saute it well

Than add fryed magoori and chopped tomatoes and mix it well

Add the salt to taste and covered the pan for 5 minutes

After 5 minutes add water and cooked for 15 - 20 minutes

After cooked completely put in bowl surve it hot
